Excellent service, we had a very old roller door removed and a 50/50 side hinged Garador door fitted. Unfortunately though when inspecting the job after installation we realised that the leading door was on the incorrect side. This was an error at the manufacturers end. The guys at Cornwall Garage Doors immediately sorted this for us and we were informed all the way through the process. The guys that came and fitted the replacement doors were absolutely great and the doors were fitted at a very high standard, so that the opening and closing is extremely smooth, a real credit to the company. Could not fault the service I have had from Cornwall Garage Door Centre. A Cable in our door snapped so I called to have both replaced, a quote was given over the phone and duly two very nice gentlemen arrived in exactly the time frame stated and carried out the work, in addition they lubricated and serviced the door so it now runs like new. Ongoing issues with a clunky 11 year old electric roller garage door that would not hold its upper and lower limits and sounded just awful. The original installer had been called out a number of times over the past 2 years but resets proved short lived.
Emailed Cornwall Garage Door Centre and was contacted by Chris who arranged a team to visit. Issue with motor quickly diagnosed and new one fitted there and then. Garage Door now running like new. Excellent and prompt service from a knowledgeable and efficient team. Highly recommended.
